Mandecars is an international car procurement and delivery service provider with teams in Europe, North America and Africa, whose mission is to professionalize the car dealership business in Africa in all process steps: Search, Delivery and especially the payment process. Our main market will be West Africa, but we intend to support the whole of Africa.

We focus on private customers and want to be a reliable partner for our customers. We offer our customers an online platform where they can, on the one hand, find their dream and, on the other hand, order and pay conveniently and, above all, securely through our special processes. Our customers can find and order their dream car directly from our existing cars inventory or commission us with the search.

Our motto is to secure and transparent processes convenience and comfort of our customers. For the search and finding of the cars we offer to our customers, we have partners in Europe and North America with long-standing inquiries in the search, procurement and delivery of car in these regions.

 

Our partners buy their cars directly from the owners or order from dealers checked by us.

 

We have locations in Africa, Europe and North America (USA and Canada) with our own teams. This gives us full control over the entire process. These two markets Euro and North America offer a largest vehicle market with around 1.5 million used cars to which we have access.

 

The search and procurement of the cars are in the hand of Mandecars Team and partners in Europe and North America. Our Partners have with many years of experience in the search, procurement and delivery of cars.

Our Teams and partners purchase the cars directly from the owners or from dealers that we have vetted.

We have offices and locations with Mandecar’s teams and partners in Africa, Europe and North America (USA and Canada). With teams in all locations throughout the process, we have full control over the entire process. These two markets, Europe and North America, offer the largest vehicle market with around 1.5 million used cars that we have access to.

This allows us to source and deliver your dream car not only safely (cost and process transparency), but also quickly and cost effectively.

 

We know and understand that through the Internet, everyone and especially our customers can find most of the cars we find themselves. Because we also work with and use the Internet to search the cars. But we know the market better than our customers, we identify the best cars sooner, and most importantly, we relieve our customers of these time-consuming and complex search processes and give them some peace of mind and security through our processes and experience.

 

We achieve convenience through our modern and user-friendly online shop. Our online shop is regularly adapted, modernized and constantly optimized on the basis of customer feedback.

 

Our processes are secure above all because they have been designed specifically for our business model. For example, our award-winning payment model which was specially developed with our partner banks for our customers. However, we also achieve the security of our processes from the perspective of our customers above all through transparency. When our customers know and understand our processes, we think they feel safer and better.

 

We want to give our customers as much transparency as possible, e.g., by specifying a delivery date or by enabling our customers to track the delivery of their car.

Our commitment to transparency is to provide our customers with full transparency in all financial transactions involving their vehicle. In the process, for example, by providing a delivery date or enabling our customers to track live the delivery of their vehicle. In financial transactions, full transparency by giving them insight into our costs, e.g., by showing our customers who we buy their cars from and at what cost, the logistical costs and all other costs associated with procuring their cars. Yes, our customers can track everything about their car, from the beginning until they sit in their car and drive off. When we buy the car from a private owner, we are happy to facilitate direct contact between our customer and the seller, if the customer wishes and the seller agrees.

 

For the best convenience and comfort of our customers we offer our customers special customized service packages from which our customers can choose depending on their situation and wishes. These service packages are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

 
  • Bronze: customer can search, find and conveniently order his dream car online from our vehicle inventory or he can give us a search order (if not from our inventory), we will take care of the procurement and delivery to the port in Africa (e.g. Conakry or any port in Africa requested by the customer)
  • Silver: all services in the bronze package + port clearance and delivery to the customs office in the customer’s country
  • Gold: Silver + customs clearance and delivery to the customer after customs
  • Platinum: Gold + license plate + minor repairs + cleaning and handover at point X defined by the customer where the customer lives (e.g. directly at home or office)
