Mandecars is a new and young international car procurement and delivery service provider company founded in June 2023. We do not see ourselves as a car dealer, because we offer special customized services to our mostly private customers. A different service compared to the classic car dealers.

You can configurate and order your brand-new or used car.

We are planning to operate in all Africa. Our primary Market is West Africa. We do have teams and offices in Europe, North America and Africa

Mandecars is part of the Dixpamo Group, a company founded by Mamadou Coulibaly, a Malian businessman based in Germany. Mamadou Coulibaly has spent 35 years in Germany, having been one of the ten students who received a scholarship from the German government as development aid for their country Mali. He holds a degree in International Economics from the University of Reutlingen (Germany) and Wolverhampton (UK). He spent a 6-month internship as part of his studies in Melbourne (Australia). In his professional career, he has worked for many international companies such as Coco-Cola, Motorola, Novartis and Deloitte, the world’s largest accounting, financial advisory and consulting firm. At Deloitte, where he finished his professional career before starting his career as an entrepreneur, Mamadou was a Manager in Deloitte’s internal Procurement Department where he established and led the German Procurement organization, led and coordinated the Deloitte EMEA Procurement initiative and was one of the key people who successfully launched the Deloitte Global Procurement organization.
